Don't waste money or time on this product!! Pops some and blows the rest all over the place, Smells like burning plastic when it does operate. Then shuts down for 20-30 minutes. What ever happened to quality products made in the USA!!!!

The popcorn popper looked great in my kitchen. Unfortunately, that is the only positive comment I can make. Maybe half of the corn actually popped and even what did would bounce all over the countertop. Also, the instructions say to wait 10 minutes between each popping. With the small amount actually popped, it could take an hour to get a good bowl of popcorn.

Sadly I had to return, it was too expensive for looks alone. Nostalgia RHP-625 Hot-Air Retro Popcorn Maker

I got this for Christmas and was excited about using it for the first time. I read the instructions thoroughly and followed them to a T. This machine started shooting un-popped kernels out the vents on the sides and front beside the actual shoot. I would say about one third of the kernels popped and that's being generous. But what was really great was that some of the un-popped kernels started popping while they were in the bowl and that would throw the few popped ones out onto the floor which made the whole experience hilarious. I cleaned everything up and did not tell my wife about how it popped, I let her experience it for her self. This gave me even more amusement, but I fear not enough to keep it though.

As some others have said, it really is amazing that they sell this thing as a popcorn maker and not as a novelty joke.

I got this for my husband despite the low feedback and was super excited for it. I was willing to take a few missle launched kernels. However I was GRAVELY dissapointed recently when my husband plugged it in to use for the first time.
I NEVER worked, he put the corn in and it started to smell burning, it wasn't even turning.
I am SO upset it isn't even funny. I have contacted the company which didn't even have a PHONE number for customer service, so we will see if I ever hear from them and if they rectify the situation.
I will update it if they do....
